Georgia (Museum of Aviation) 1/16/10

This was a double loop course on Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA. The weather again was not looking good, calling for rain and cold. Pre race activities were in the museum of Aviation hanger which was nice to stay out of the cold and rain. The rain stopped for the start of the race and stayed away for all of the first loop. At the start of the second loop the sky's opened up again and it rained pretty heavy for all of the second loop. The course was flat except for a hill at mile 10 and then you hit the same hill again at mile 23. There was very little fan support beings it was on an Air Force Base except for the people working the aid stations and they did a great job. This was another good small marathon just wished we had better weather.
