After running 18 marathons in 5 States which included 2 Marine Corps, 2 Boston's, Chicago in 2007 with the heat, 5 50K Ulta's, and several other Texas marathons it was time for me to come up with a new goal and start running for fun again. I knew a couple people working on running the 50 States and it sounded like something I would like to do. I had signed up to go back to Denver to run the Denver Marathon for a second time but said I would start the quest right after that race. So here I am knocking out the States and having so much fun doing it.
All posts after this will be a brief description of each race until I have completed all 50.
